It is my great pleasure to inform you that on Thursday, May 24, Deirdre McCloskey is coming to EUR to give a public lecture. Together with Studium Generale we are organizing an event around the topic of future relative importance of harbour on the one hand, and the university on the other, for the city of Rotterdam. Prof. McCloskey will address the issue from her unique perspective, and we expect to engage the municipality/mayor office as well.
