20 November 2009: Roundtable Discussion: “Amsterdam in the 21st Century”
In this Roundtable Discussion, six panel members will reflect on the major challenges that Amsterdam will face in the 21st century. Panel members will discuss what they think these challenges will mean in areas such as politics, government, population, urbanization, city planning, and culture.
The Roundtable Discussion is organised as part of the “Imagining Amsterdam: Visions and Revisions” Conference taking place 19-21 November 2009.
Panel members are: Jeroen Dewulf (UC Berkeley), Marieke de Goede (UvA), Arjo Klamer (Erasmus University Rotterdam), Christoph Lindner (UvA), Angela Serino (Redlight Art Amsterdam), and Markha Valenta (UvA). Chair: Marijk van der Wende (AUC).
